Today one of my family member ordered something on instamart but when delivery guy came than at that time my brother was in basement so their was no network hence he missed the call from delivery guy after sometime when he came into network he got order cancellation sms after which he tried to complain through instamart chat support but denied any refund and also not doing re-delivering, after this i tried contacting them on twitter but they are saying same thing. Now i want to know is it legal to not give refund for cancelled order and also can i request a chargeback since payment done via onecard

Open Onecard app, go to that swiggy transaction.
Below you’ll see transaction details with a Support button below. In that, there’s raise a dispute option.

Their is no dispute option showing for this particular transaction fyi i checked another transaction and dispute option was there does this option come after transaction settlement?
After how much time the order cancelled? If its non perishable, if we fight we get refund. Order cancelled After waiting time, for non perishable items no refund

You should be able to see dispute option in a day or two

most entities declare everything in their t&c. and those are accepted by customer when we sign up.
You can write or follow up again with swiggy or try chargeback
but as per t&c its non refundable
You can try chargeback. You have nothing to loose. Let Onecard and Swiggy fight over it.

swiggy has become pathetic.my boss’s brother who is working in very good mnc at very good post orders items worth 1 lac per month in ncr, joint family from swiggy.he did not get two packets of biscuits.he checked in front of delivery person.swiggy kept on saying that we have taken ur feedback etc.he asked for replacement and never refund.swiggy has become chortel.

If its veggies you cant do anything, if the order is cancelled before 10 mins after the deliveey guy reached locTion, then you can raise issue, or else nothing can be done.
I order regularly in instamart. In fact, now for milk, curd, paneer, eggs, bread etc I only use instamart. Their app indicates when the order is picked up and where the delivery person is. If the delivery person tries to call but fails to connect, they also send a message to respond within 10 min failing which order will be cancelled. If someone is placing the order, it is also the responsibility of the customer to track it and be available.
Twice had issues with missing items. Both time, money was refunded through chat. Payment mode was swiggymoney.
2days back happened with samething with my family and amount has been refunded

I also order frequently from swiggy and this is the first time i faced this issue
Once I had faced similar problem my incoming call expired so they were not able to contact me got sms for cancellation after 3_4 days got refund ( payment mode onecard ordered for my friend)
If payment made thru Paytm wallet than what to do .for chargeback types

1 lac purchase per month.
Is swiggy worth it .
If at all so much money to splurge on mrp products or comparatively overpriced yhan other online , than why bother about those mearge biscuits .
