Swiggy is a complete fraud. I have always had issues with my orders. Once they did not deliver and item from my order and refused to refund the amount. Second time, they refused to refund any amount for my order that I cancelled within 2 mins of my placing the order.
Swiggy has pathetic customer service. They exploit their customers.

For me, it had always been hassle free experience with swiggy. Many times they modified my order within minutes because of item unavailability and also adjusted discount appropriately with modified order. When they started using bots for handling refunds, People misused it like hell. These bots used to refund full amount even if a small item was missing or if quality of food was bad and some greedy people misused it to full extent. As a result genuine issues like yours are not being addressed properly.
