Hi guys,
I had opened dhani wallet so on Oct 23th my wallet was blocked all of sudden, I had loaded 20k in the wallet so I had raised complaint to unblock my wallet from that day I had contacted over 100 times the customer care is simply telling due to suspecios activity your wallet is blocked permanently. I asked my wallet balance they are telling they can’t give my money back need advice Where to complaint the txn id and all im unable to get because I’m unable to login to dhani I have wallet balance of 21k. So how to get my money back please advice

Pgportal is useless, try contacting nch and rbi nbfc ombudsman scheme. It will take lots of time. Customer support of dhani is pathetic but you have only handful of options. Govt. isn’t strict on dhani, I have tried everything.

How to close Dhani account. I have opened it long ago. Didnt apply for Dhani card. But keep on getting call and smses for it. So want to close it permanently.

I had got two mail ids one is [email protected] and [email protected] I had sent a escalation mail and also today again when I had contacted dhani customer care, the agent said tomorrow my wallet will be unblocked to which I hardly believed so I had recorded the call
Bro, I was using in single device and the fact is the customer care also don’t know why exactly they blocked my wallet and coming to loading part, I will load the wallet and I will pay my cc bill heavy loading means per month I will be loading 50k and paying my cc Bill, I loaded money using my cc. I keep on asking that cc but they will simply tell sorry sir I don’t have that update like what exactly had happened, so to answer your question I don’t know exactly what is that suspecious activity (even dhani cc are not aware what exactly happened, they are asking me whether any fraud happened with you?)

First ask them what kind of suspicious activity they found, for sure there will be no response. Go with twitter and speak to lawer and send court notice. Hope it will resolve.
