First ask them what kind of suspicious activity they found, for sure there will be no response. Go with twitter and speak to lawer and send court notice. Hope it will resolve.

Hi guys,
I had opened dhani wallet so on Oct 23th my wallet was blocked all of sudden, I had loaded 20k in the wallet so I had raised complaint to unblock my wallet from that day I had contacted over 100 times the customer care is simply telling due to suspecios activity your wallet is blocked permanently. I asked my wallet balance they are telling they can’t give my money back need advice Where to complaint the txn id and all im unable to get because I’m unable to login to dhani I have wallet balance of 21k. So how to get my money back please advice
