I initiated a transaction snapay on 2nd March from mobikwik amex card. The transaction is successfully completed from mobikwik amex card the amount was 1515Â . At end of transaction show payment successful but not redirecte to snapay . After sometime I Shaw the transaction is failed
I contacted them and till from 2nd March to till today they are saying one thing that " Dear User. Your payment was not captured at our end. We have shared the payment failed proof also. In some case if the amount get debited. It will be credited back to the original source kindly wait 3-5 working days. "
Already 13-14 days gone still getting this reply . And today I transferred 1000 getting same issue totally disappointed
I contacted mobikwik customer service they are saying the transaction is successfully completed from their end.
Note – please let me know if anyone facing same issue . I don’t have the customer service number to talk with them .
Please help anyone having solution
Total 2515 rupees gone .

This is the issue with Mobikwik amex cards. Faced this issue 3, 4 times.. tried to add money to ola money , amount debited from Mobikwik ,transaction shown successful but money didn’t added to ola money..
its a headache to get the refund from Mobikwik..in my case i used to chase them everywhere , asked them to raise disputes ,wrote them on twitter . After lot of hustle refund Credited in Mobikwik after 4, 5 days.
after 3, 4 times of this headache , COMPLETELY stopped using Mobikwik amex card.

But In my case already 10 working days gone still not getting any refund . But the last transaction was today and that was from direct mobikwik wallet

something like that happened with me on amex mobikwik on 1march got refund on 10 march , the problem seems to be on mobikwik side .
The transaction we do with any card have to be claimed by merchant and in your case merchant will not claim this transaction so refund process will automatically start but the problem with snapay is so many payment gateways in between if you used pay with rewards option there are 2 payment gateways so the refund will take much longer than normal and mobikwik amex refund is slow , most slow than anything else i have ever used.
money is not gone but you have to escalate this issue with payment gateway also you should have got a email of transaction from payu .
be patient and keep following you will get refund.

Same issue with me … Mine is 100 rupees… Successful on mobikwik failed on snapay… Do no who are culprits… both says our end is correct

From my experience Snapay is not fraud.

Talk to them on working days during working hours. Don’t remember the exact timing. But it may be upto 5 or 6 pm.

Exactly same thing happened with me, money got debited from mobikwik amex card but didn’t add in ola wallet. Tried almost half a day calling them but it never connects then i put message to mobikwik team on twitter still no resolution.
Well how did you get your refund? Did you escalate this issue to higher management? Any mails you sent?

Problem is with mobikwik. They did same with me when my transaction of 751 failed on jiomart, mobikwik kept saying payment successful at both ends. After more than 1 month of failed attempts to get it resolved, I registered my grievance at NCH and within 20 days my money was refunded by mobikwik saying, yes payment failed at merchant so we are refunding back. I suggest you do same as soon as possible.

*Go to help section >choose the transaction > Click on AMOUNT DEBITED BUT MERCHANT DIDN’T RECEIVED AMOUNT .a ticket I’d will be generated. Once they reply to this ticket , Chat with them.

I think if you apply use supercash on mobikwik amex card payment page, most likely your payment will fail and amount will be deducted.
It happened twice with me but the payment done without selecting use supercash option went through.

I only chat, they reply in sometime.
One of my transaction successful from wallet(Amazon) side n failed from Snapay.
After sending issue on chat, they changed failed transaction into successful from their end.

For, All these type of cases where transaction gets stuck and amount debited. Straight away raise the chargeback on your payment instrument.

This Mobikwik app is not good at all. Have lost money in 5 digits. They are very lethargic towards customer complaints same like Jiomart. I asked them to delete my account, now they are passing the parcel asking to drop email, email team asking to contact in app help support. Shouldn’t have lost money in first place but alas gone now trying to delete account since its full KYC but this people playing game & avoiding deletion.

Mine failed on 12 march 6k.. success on mobi fail on snap pay.. but. This is not 1st time.. maybe 1st of snap pay.. it will credited back.. takes time ..online money fraud possible only if snappay or mobi shut..
