They try to keep money with themselves for 7 days and then Invest it in different domains for their benefits. Your order will not get placed but money will be deducted in the name of “payment failure”….
…. If the payment has really failed, then, why money has been deducted ? (Bank Msg has also come)…

newbie ho, koi baat nhi agle 5 saalo me sikh jaoge digital payment kaisa work krta ha.
failed k baad bhi money deduct kyun hote ha. refund me itne late kyun hote ha.
sab sikh jaoge, jindegi puri pari ha. chill karo. 
It happens. If your network is changed at the payment gateway or you took time to make payment, then communication between merchant site, payment gateway and bank breaks and mismatched entries are settled late
