Fraud transaction of amazon pay

Yesterday at 9:20 pm someone recharged 2999rs for 4 times(into 4 different Jio numbers) from my amazon account and used the amazon pay balance in that. I have 2 step verification ON and I don’t give an account to anyone. I don’t know how this man has done the recharge. I complained to amazon customer care immediately and at about 11:00 pm got the mail from amazon stating below.
We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your Amazon account. For your security, we have assigned a temporary password to your account and reversed any changes made by this party. All pending orders, if any, have been canceled. If any orders were made using your Amazon Pay Balance, the payment will be refunded to you and will reflect in your account in 2-4 business days.
Will I get the refund as it was a prepaid recharge?. By the way, all the 4 recharges that was done are neither showing in order history nor in a canceled order.

R u sure that the recharges are done directly from Amazon account or using a third party app with Amazon balance as payment method? You may have amazon pay linked in some other 3rd party app for recharges, where 2 step verification may not be required.
If its not showing in order history, check amazon balance transaction statement
I hope u get all ur money, but in case of recharge o don’t think this will happen 
internal folks used my 8000 rupees in talkcharge wallet, as my aircel no. was linked in account and suddenly they closed their business. after 2-3 months i reg. email id and came to know about this…. i do have the mobile no. and screenshot of the transactions….no one helped me

@aam_aadmi I am sure recharge is done from amazon as it was showing in the order history before I complained to amazon customer care. After complaining they have marked the recharge order as an unauthorized transaction and not showing in order history as mentioned in the mail
@jazz09 can you plz tell on which product your amazon pay money was deducted and how much was the amount?
I had seen somewhere Screenshot where JIO has reversed the recharge and That specific recharge was showing as REVERSED so you may get refund as jio refund but they won’t do if its our mistake

This is what Amazon Team Gave you in Reply, then they know that something happened from their end and they are agreeing that is why they say will refund you.
Update:- Just got 900 in amazon pay for one of the recharges as it was of Amazon pay Money. Now waiting for the amazon gift card refund.
Also change security questions in your account.

Amazon has accepted it as unauthorised access. You will get your money back.
Did you authorise 2FA bypass on any PC/laptop/browser/phone you used?
@sifar @maddydilip can you guys plz help with the timeline of the refund as you guys has faced the same issue.
