FRAUD - Worst customer service, delivery time and REFUND process

I have had a horrible experience with them. My order was stuck with “Order Placed” status for 45 days with “Cancel” link deactivated. After 10 emails and failed calls to customer care, my order was cancelled after 60 days. and now its been 90 days, I have still not received my money back in the account. I get zero response to my emails and there customer care number is never answered.. it makes you wait for an hour and then auto cancels. If I can sue them, I would sue them for horrible treatment towards customer and fraud,
