I am currently holding Millenia DC. Today I have received an email for Free Platinum DC upgrade offer.
Should I go for it?
If yes, what all things should I keep in mind?
P.S : Currently I load PAYTM wallet to exhaustRs. 400 CB per month and pay credit card bill from there.
HDFC Easyshop platinum debit card offers 1% cashback for Credit card bill payments of many banks (Except HDFC & few other banks) if paid via its billpay portal with max limit of 750/- per month.
However, it won’t provide any cashback on wallet loads. So, take a call based on your spend.

Personally haven’t used, but the official website says
Unless your credit card bills exceed ₹40k which would max out Millennia cashback and you are looking for more cashback, stay on same card. Millennia also offers 10% on Amazon Gift card which is not possible anywhere else.

Even i have gotten this email. Though, when i go into debit card upgrade section, it’s shown as rs 750

I have HDFC easyshop platinum DC (mastercard variant). I have paid bill of 20k Axis cc using HDFC Billpay. Will i get 1% cashback?

Only Rupay variant doesn’t get this RP as far as I’m aware, Visa/MC both variants are eligible for CB.
Mostly the RP is visible within 1 or 2 working days of CC bill payment.

It depends, Easyshop platinum offers 1% cashback upto 750 for credit card bill payments via hdfc billpay portal (although cards like hdfc, idfc are not supported) whereas millennia offers 1% cashback upto 400 for credit card bill payment via paytm

I think HDFC easyshop platinum will not give 1% cb on cc bill payments outside of hdfc billpay.
