Self Merchant QR Code Possible?

I remember about 4 years back, I opened PhonePe Merchant QR account without any shopkeeper verification. But now it is blocked (not working). Is there any way to have a Merchant QR code (or maybe even just reactivate my closed PhonePe merchant)?
