I want to know about free online file sharing platforms without any signup or registration requirements for sharing approx 150 GB data.

some of these aren’t without registration, and may even need paid plans for storage. but do have a look at some of these smile
(obviously i’m not mentioning the usual names. Rapidshare used to be THE one for me and since it shuttered, some of these☟ cropped on my radar}
https://ge.tt

https://pixeldra.in what are your max or average file sizes? do check PixelDrain as it allows larger files👍🏽

https://disk.yandex.com or https://jumpshare.com/ might be better suited for creative folks (images, AV media).

https://volafile.org it needs registration but has unique chat room/ collaboration feature

https://tresorit.com might be free for individual use and damn¡ their privacy/ encryption is just👌🏽 Data centres (in E.U.) are heavily guarded too.

although, Whatsapp’s web (PC interface) did allow for unique links for AV and image files, i am not sure if it still works.
in the past, i have synced the phone via the browser/site based QR code (scan) and then i could ‘right click’ the file in the browser/PC and open in new tab.

the unique link (of the video/image) generated in the new tab could then be opened on another PC, without any sync or reference to original whatsapp account on phone.

Google and 1drive both need registration, so again: do check PixelDrain🖒 once.

Why not Torrent it?

I don’t have experience regarding it. I mean will it work easily for large files sharing?

It would only be to share that 150Gb data with someone else (you only mention for sharing), if you want to upload your own files & store it then it won’t work.
Also sorry but i don’t know of any reliable cloud storage with that much data cap.
Here’s how it works though –

Shared to public or is it restricted??

150gb is a lot for a free service from what I know.

If it is for a short period, you can consider some paid service like aws S3.. shd cost like $5/month approx..  inbox me if you need more info.

I don’t need cloud storage. I want to share files with one friend.

you can package it and divide into parts and upload them on any free server
that’s how people share large files such as pirated games

that way tou he can even e-mail it smile

we used to split Arj/ RAR and Zip files (using the included feature) to fit on floppies or disks and then re-assemble them later.
will take double the sapece though, for each file.
suppose, there is a 200MB file, he can archive it (zip or rar.. or Arj) and split it in 25 or 50MB parts.
.
friend downloads all parts.. say 4 e-mails with 50MB attachment each.
then recompiles them to build the original file 》 then delete the downloaded individual attachments.

GMX e-mail allows sending upto 50MB attachments and Gmail allows receiving upto 50MB wink
but size on disk and size of uploaded attachment in e-mails differ a bit.

but PixelDrain would directly allow sending even 8-9GB files.

(creating a new Gmail account without a phone number is very easy wink and doesn’t even take 4 minutes to make. in-case you still want to know how, ping me.)
Gmail (not the GDrive) itself allows 15GB space.
so can easily email 10-12GB attachments in each e-mail address.

there are many hosting providers that provide upto 1 GB file upload limit in free tier
His data is of 150 GB, so sending as email in parts will be overkill imo

Mega.nz. It does require (free) registration. No issue in maxing out your UL/DL bandwidth. Although it randomly imposes daily download limits(reset after 6 hours IIRC). Occasionally as little as a few GBs although mostly I have had no issues downloading 60-80GB in a few hours. These IP based restrictions can be usually bypassed using any free VPN though. Also by splitting the files one can make use of multiple Mega accounts to bypass daily restrictions. On PC JDownloader is an excellent tool to download from Mega. Don’t use the browser interface to download as its kinda flaky. Official Mega desktop tool works well but it imposes IP based daily quota strictly so…
Megabasterd reportedly can bypass the daily limits. I haven’t tried it personally.

Why not buy hard disk and ship it wink

There are many things to that need consideration
1)Location among you guys ( same country)
2) data confidently ( personal or open)

You guys must be having stable connection and uninterrupted power supply.

I would also see the opportunity to keep my laptop or PC and share the file over network.

Can use software like beyond compare at frnd side so same can be synced..

Haven’t used it before. Looks promising though.

What’s the limit for telegram? 150 gb is huge!

I think it was revised to 2GB recently. The main issue with TG is that it can be really slow at times worsened by the fact there doesn’t seem to be any straightforward way to transfer the download link to a standalone download manager.

site might allow 10GB, but which browser/s allow that kind of uploads in a single session?

still wondering as what that 150GB would contain..

text – cant be a case as it will take may be 1000 life to read through..

Software – can be easily downloaded from internet..

Video — unless very personal , other are easily accessible over internet ..

OP might be scientist who has researched and want to patent it wink this looks to be the only option stuck_out_tongue

or there could be something else.. I am just getting old to understand stuff now..

You can use Degoo. It provides 100 gb free. You can increase it to 500 gb by referring your friends. If you still require, PM me, I will share my refer link with you.
