I did a bill of 546rs…amount is debited from wallet…bill is not done yet…nor showing in the transactions…same happened with anyone?

Yesterday night i tried for airtel prepaid recharge in freecharge.. that too got failed without any confirmation and its status shown as processing for nearly 2-3 hrs.. later it got refunded back.
Previously it will be done within 5-10mins.
So don’t worry.. you will get back your money, just write a mail to them from registered mail id to care@freecharge,com

That’s a technical issue, happens with all Wallets and Bank transfers, so nothing isolated to Freecharge, check the transactions.
