I was getting offers but was in app it was showing “This promocode is not applicable on your Freecharge Account.”
I email to cc and got reply

I only use single account and never violated any policy, no 2nd app/account , also recharge occasionally (like once in a month)
What i can/should do now?

Ignore and move on. It’s a system flagged, customer care can’t help.
So I have just one freecharge account, i dont have multiple accounts nor have patience to do it. Yet the account was flagged, i asked customer care which transaction was flagged. They wont/cant/dont help, going to delete freecharge, if at all i do transaction without cashback I will just use amazon or anyothers.. This is what i got for just maintaning 1 freecharge account
I use several accounts but only a few in the app that too one per device. Still a couple were flagged in December. No coupons could be applied for recharge/bill payment but for merchant transactions like in Apollo etc cashback was still credited. A few days ago one of those accounts was unblocked for coupon usage automatically. So better wait a couple of months.
