Freecharge wallet bug/issue regarding on cashback/refund main balance not increase

Today, I have received the statement from freecharge and in this statement show Cashback earned: Rs.378.70, but i have calculate the manual total of cashback received for march 22 is Rs.1277.11 also show refund is 0 instead of some amount.
So, Check everyone and let the comments.

I used Paylater first time and use first time for the transaction on 23 March and as per the offer I didn’t get 100 Cashback and 100 AZ Voucher
I have use pay later service but cashback/refund is credited in the freecharge wallet, and that is wrong in my account, so i info other
Their transaction dates are messed up check with transaction ID I had to fight with them to understand this

1. Where the complainant has communicated his acceptance of the company’s decision on redressal of grievance communicated by grievance redressal; or
2. Where the complainant has not communicated his acceptance of the company’s decision, within 7 days from the date of communication of decision by Level 1 or Level 2 or Level 3, as the case may be.

Anyway to use freecharge wallet and not pay later on apps like jiomart, bigbasket?
I have 1000rs wallet balance. How to use it except for recharge/bill payment?
Are u talking about paylater service or wallet.?
Because if its wallet, then as long as u received all cb & refunds.. why does it matter what they show?
And if its paylater.. I haven’t signed up for it.
