Freecharge Wallet got suspended ! ( 2 years old wallet )

Hi Friends !
I use and many people use Freecharge wallet for Recharges !
Since 6 months I have stopped using one of my wallet & seen a message when I have logged in as
" Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons. "
So I suggest everyone don’t keep balance in your wallets – use it completely when you are leaving it !
I have Rs. 200 cashback but unable to login or use it – already tried reset password and contacted care but unable to solve it as care persons asking for PAN card to unlock it !

I had already provided to another wallet ( freecharge account ) in the year 2019 , so i think same can’t be accepted 2 times
