Freecharge wallet to bank transfer - suspended

I think FreeCharge is hacked and data leaked..

Freecharge is now bankrupt. To fulfil that they were not allowing to withdraw.

I seriously hope people get back their money in wallets before the bubble busts….

time to empty all fc wallets

Just now transferred Rs. 2000 back to my bank account, from one freecharge account, for which I did not get any mail. Received mail for other freecharge account which did not have any balance. May be blocked for some hotlisted freecharge accounts.

Snapdeal merging with Fk so they expected a deluge of withdrawal.

I am unable to withdraw money from my account. What do I do?

You may be unable to withdraw money from your Freecharge account to your bank account due to any of the following reasons,

- Withdraw to bank account functionality is temporarily suspended for some accounts due to technical upgrades planned with our banking partners. Withdraw functionality would be fully functional within next 2-3 weeks. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted
- Promotional cash given out by merchants can’t be withdrawn to bank
- Freecharge may restrict withdrawal of money in case we suspect any misuse of bank withdrawal functionality
- For reversing any load transactions please reach out of [email protected]

I always sail through before cyclone hits. Not using Freecharge or keeping balance since 2 years. But wait I never kept high balance. I always had the habit of adding only when needed. Gave skip to 50 cb on adding 1000 offers. btw IPL is coming and this time no Predict2Win from Freecharge expected. Last time won around Rs. 2750 cashback by predicitng scores. They had technical glitch that allowed predicting 15-20 times too.

Nothing to worry. It should be restored in the next 2-3 weeks. Mine got blocked for 45 days and I could able to withdraw all on 46th day.;-}
Ofcourse, I do manufactured spend and I have around 20K in few freecharge accounts.

Even i have 20k in one of my FC accounts… Wrote them an email asking them to revert the amount to original source… But sadly they said, they have forwarded it to internal team and i will have to wait till the time they get back to me…. I am seriously smelling something fishy as earlier return to source account was just an instant activity but now looks like they are delaying things…

I’ve stopped using Freecharge and Mobidick all together.

Any way to withdraw money, my money is stuck in freecharge

They seem to have changed their T&C’s, earlier they had mentioned they could hold money for 45 days, this seems to be removed now with no timeline specified, also few weeks back they had mentioned they were putting bank transfers on hold for 2-3 weeks, this has been reworded to few weeks now, so it looks like they have no plan to allowing bank transfer again. I am also looking for an exit option.

@ENGINEER @Dealdimers guys i need freecahrge money 1k at 3-4% disc anyone who has got his money stuck can do trade with me as they are not allowing bank transfer too and they’re gonna shut down soon, anyone wants can pm me better to do trade as fc gonna die
