I have ordered an item from Aliexpress on 29 March 2019 and it was showing "Seller is processing your órder " till 21 April 2019 but On 22 April 2019 I received an email from aliexpress that your order has been shipped by the seller and when I track my item then it is showing that your item has been delivered on 12 April 2019 and I did not received item and the delivered address is showing of Mumbai address. And also I am unable to open dispute because delivered date is 12 April .
What should I do now ?

Yes courier site is also showing item delivered . I did not marked item received
Then contact the last india post office, probably they have ur item with them
You might have got wrong tracking id. Check with the seller once.
But seller is not replying me
But Indiapost site is also showing item delivered
IndiaPost mark it as delivered when it reaches to your postman so find your local area postman and contact him regarding your parcel.
go to the nearest local post office with the tracking number happened to me when bought some product on eBay India the seller had dispatched through Post and after reaching the post office they marked as delivered where as no one had come to deliver i had to personally go with ID proof and collected the parcel

Kyu.. You are gonna refund the money to him. If no, then let him try. Aapka solution to last option hai hi. There is no choice with that then.
Does the courier site also mentions delivered? What shipping method did you use ?
Are you sure you didn’t marked it as received on AliExpress?
