Found below info on paytm website which is not otherwise available on paytm app:
Dear Customer, please note that w.e.f. 9th Oct 2020; all transactions for Loading money into Paytm wallet via Credit Card will be charged at 2% (inclusive of GST).
Please move to appropriate section if this is not the right place.
