Mini KYC with PAN done, but application seems too amateurish and for everything it is asking to ‘visit branch’🙄😖

i assume they mean ‘Yes Bank’ branch

amateurish because it is a basic application (of under 4-5MB? download) and claims 18001035485 to be its 24×7 support number 🤦🏻‍♂when in reality that number is only responding during office hours🤦🏻‍♂ and is actually the number of Yes bank!

and now 😖the e-mail team is giving all canned responses, irrelevant messages
while the phone support staff is🤦🏻‍♂ either clueless or asking us to contact Yes Bank customer care🤯👀
