Getting shopclues lottery calls repeatedly

I am getting shopclues tata safari lottery calls for last 3 weeks.

Tried customer care but they never come on phone and never reply back.

One can think of breach in their database stealing all customer information. YERY BAD.

But height was today when a Bihari accent hindi speaking fellow called me from a mobile number traced to Bihar stated my parcel (with correct description of product) will be delivered today. And mentioned about me winning the fraud tata safari car.

The item is shipped from Tirupur TN. Using Xpressbees Couriers.

So Shopclues customer database is still compromised where fraudsters are getting real-time access to not just customer data but order data.

I am not able to reach any human in the company which is very strange.

I think the real culprit is Xpressbees Courier. They are the one collecting & selling cutomer database. Paytm usually uses xpressbees & people like me who shop from paytm get all these calls too.

Yes it’s true. I have also received such call, he was saying I won 1 Lakh rupees I disconnected the call.. Idiot.. twisted

I also got call today claiming from mini mart no. Was 8448786342 . I won honda car with 20000 cash. So i told him drive the car to my address and just deliver the money u can keep the car. He hung after that😂😂 but I’m worried as he have all my paytm order details that i bought recently. @androgame @BornGenius any suggestions brothers??

Yes for paytm,snapdeal orders shipped thru xpressbees, I always rcv fake calls stating lottery winning of 12lac worth car.
We should complaint against xpressbees!

When i shopped in both ShopClues, Paytm mall I faced this. i don’t know what’s wrong and where the fraud things are getting initiated. All i suspect is few delivery boys are culprits and doing these kind of cheap data sale.
