Shudh /Desi /Pure / Danedar / Bilona / Fresh cream / Milk Fat / Etc Etc . Ghee ke naam pe kya kya kachra bik raha hain bazaar mein .
Hamare Padosi personal use ke liye Ghar pe ghee banate hain , puri society mehak jati hain , roti par ghee dikhta hain aur tasty hoti hain.
Packet wala ghee dibbe mein naak ghusa do , toh bhi kuch nahi.
Roti par apply karoto petrol ki tarah udd jata hain

Ek process hai. Pahle dudh ko ubalni hai. Ek rod jaisa item hai usse ache se churn karni hai. Yaa fir hand blender milta hai. Usse ache se churn ke baad usse doodh kaa cream n fatty chizen separate hoti hai. Fir usse garm Kiya jae toh ghee ban jaega. Bhai dudh bahoot jyada chahiye hota hai. Toh practical toh nai hai. Fir bhi agar doodh hai paas toh aap kar sakte hain ek try.

I forgot the name of the brand from shark tank india who sells A2 🐄 cow ghee and is based of hariyana.

I am not gonna recommend any brand but Bilona A2 Ghee is certainly more nutritious as it has more anti-oxidants and vitamins.You have to check the reviews or try yourself.

Nandini ghee used to be not much different from the ghee prepared at home from Nandini milk itself. In the last year or so it feels like there's been a slight change in it's quality but still very good IMO. Preparing ghee at home is no longer a practical option as the fat content in milk seems to have been reduced significantly. I have tried making Paneer at home and now I can make it in 15 mins.. so stopped buying it from outside.
But Ghee is a different kind of process and very difficult to make at home. So looks like either we procure from organic stables in our city or buy from Popular online brands like Sri Tatva etc. I was ok with Sri Sri Tatva
For eg: Here in Chennai we buy Akshayakalpa who make pure ghee from A2 and other variants too.
Preivously we used to prepare Ghee from Aavin butter (Govt product) . Pre Covid, their quality was awesome. But after that dont know what happened, its very bad. No fragrance of butter. So stopped.

One person says Nandini best, other says Nandini worst. One says aashirvaad best, other says aashirvaad worst .
So looking for suggestion for best 3 packed ghee.

Nandini, Aashirvaad, country delight buffalo, Big basket organic, milky mist - in the order of preference if you have to buy packaged ghee.
But I have seen major quality difference in first two brands sometimes, so probably substandard/fake packets are sold too in market. Need to be careful.

When the makhan gets seprated its collected and kept in kadhai on fire .
The makhan melts and impurities/ remains burns and settle down . On cooling we carefully collectt the ghee in clean dry vessel .
