Gift card balance can't be used on Jiomart

Jiomart payment page is changed as shown and there is no option to pay with gift card balance. What to do as I have some balance stuck?

I have the same issue. Is there any solution to use the gift card balance in JioMart? does cash on delivery accept Jio Gift card?

You can use it offline at Reliance stores. IIRC it's labelled "Gift amount on mobile".

I’m able to utilise Jio gift card after removing other seller products

Could be a temp.issue. You can pay at the store. Used GV a few days back.
