go air cancelled flight without any info

Just now received the message from go air that my flight has been cancelled due to issues beyond their control. I’m not able to contact there cc via mobile no and I need to travel on that day. Any other way to contact go air and sort it out guys?

When did they cancel your flight
One lesson I learnt recently is never to book any flight via goair. They are just a bunch of crooks. They literally took more than a month to reply to my support ticket citing that flight already took off so they can’t do anything now.

My flight to andaman is showing as cancelled in goair PNR status
Flight date -22nd January 2021
They are giving date change option
The ticket price almost 50% more than I paid

Update- got a call from goair last night after tweeting to them in the morning. Customer care said that due to changed guidelines from the government side they had to cancel the flight and they are ready to accommodate me in the other direct flight of the day or if I want then they can give me the full refund.

Got the call in 10 hours after tweeting to them.
They even don’t respond on twitter.
