Goa (5 people | 3 days) - Stay Suggestions Needed

I'm going with office colleagues (5 people, all male) for 3 days in October 1st week. We'll be having our car, considering if someone has already been to a good place for stay in budget, please let me know along with price and any details whatsoever.

Parking for car should be an important criteria.

Stay should be in budget yet decent enough.

All are male, so, not much of an issue, 2 rooms should suffice.

Any leads would help too, colleagues are from Pune, so, communicating directly (and negotiating) with property owner in Marathi won't be an issue.

Open to hotel / resort / Airbnb ... whichever suffices our needs.
