Had a bad experience recently when I was deneid excess to International flight at Dubai airport inspite of a prepaid & confirmed ticket and added reservation for wheel chair.
Had got stuck in Dubai for two days then managed back home journey on new tickets. There is no proper communication number or person where such things can be followed up. However matter has been reported to Goibibo’s available automated numbers & sites that have assured quick solution. This happened on 06.06.2019. Today is 15.06.2019. Don’t know how much more long it will take for their ‘QUICK’ to be quick.
The physical pain from all this has reduced somewhat but the big financial loss and mental trauma still continues.
