Goibibo Train Tickets Related Query (PayPal)

I’m booking train tickets from goibibo & trying to pay with PayPal. As in goibibo PayPal offer is running that customer will get 125 Flat discount if its first transaction in goibibo thru paypal & 200 extra cashback if its first ever transaction. Its not my first ever PayPal transaction. But the one 125 Flat discount its not applying in payment page as i have not paid still in goibibo via paypal. My ticket price is 267 & PayPal is allowing me to pay 267 only. Discount is not applying in payment page.
