Good camera phone under 14000?

Hi,
Can anyone please suggest me good camera phone under 14,000 please (except MI A2 
)?
Stock Android is preferable but can go for other custom UI for good phone.
I short-listed Asus Max Pro M2 and Nokia 6.1 plus. any other thoughts are most welcome.

Disabling ads and even after removing several stock apps, I still get lot of ads in MIUI.
@ OP, avoid MI if you can. After spending 14k, you will feel you have bought an ad displaying gadget. Calling the number of ads displayed “Too Much” would be an understatement.
