Good jackets in budget price

Hello Guys,
Hope all are doing well and making the govt rich.
I am looking for some good jackets for cold regions like Ladakh. Budget is 1500 to 2000ish. Any idea where to buy….. offline, online , decathlon etc. Feeling like online retailers are now looting people.

Jackets as in Wind Cheaters right?
Unaware of current prices but long back, tried Parx (Raymonds, Park Avenue, Color Plus, Parx are all of same group) when I used to be slim.
Else Peter England (since over two decades it is of Birla group) too is a budget brand.
Else simply layer up. It too traps air envelops within each layer and that acts as thermal insulation of sorts.
Off-line (unbranded) options are not bad either, if one can haggle a lot.
Ladakh.. as an adventure/ two-wheeler trip? Be safe, remain cautious. Avoid everything that might make the government poorer (bringing down damaged people back to safety, at times.. costs government a lot)😉.
