Google pay transaction not happening for axis ace card

Hi,

I am using my family members Axis Ace credit card successfully on online transactions. Now I am trying to use it on Google pay bill payment. The Google pay is registered on my number and the registered mobile number for the credit card is different. I was able to do 1 gas bill payment 2 weeks back.

Now I am trying to pay electricity bill and indane lpg bill with the credit card in Google pay and it is asking for an OTP. This is not the OTP from Axis Bank but the OTP from Google pay. I am not getting this OTP. I get all other otps from Google pay.

Do you know what is going on? I reinstalled the app and tried on another Google pay account but I’m facing the same issue.
