It is mention that google pay ipi allows paying from sbi credit card , has anyone suceeded in adding ther sbi credit card and using google pay to pay to upi?

No, you won’t even see the linked credit card as an option. To see it as payment option you must scan a “BharatQR” code which very few merchants use(dominos,pizzahut,mcD PoS machines have this). As for bill payment, my guess is if you choose a non-existing recharge then either the transaction will fail(no money debited from card) or it will be successful with some strange plan/topup being activated(never underestimate Indian telecom providers).
