friends, this morning i have ordered 3 dosa and 9 idly (3 plates) from zomoto. but i received only 3 idly (1 plate) instead of 9 idly (3 plates). i am a senior user of zomoto. i made many orders in the past but i haven’t faced any issues with them. first time i faced “missed items” issue.
at the time of delivery, i checked the parcel. i found only 1 pack of idli. usually restaurants provides 3 separate packs for 3 plates idly. but i received only 1 idly pack.. I thought maybe they would have packed three plates of idly as a single package.
at the time of opening packages at home i noticed there are only 3 idly in the pack. i had contacted zomoto through help section.

they provided 2 options under compensation.
1) refunding amount (46rs)
2) zomoto credits worth rs50
i selected zomoto credits option and i got 50rs zomoto credits within minutes.. zomoto support is very good 😊
