What is this about? Anybody familiar with the various tiers in SBI?

I had mab of 1lakh+ for 2 years with sbi, never got upgraded out of silver. Even went to bank to get a better debit card then the global card, never got one…
So stopped maintaining balance with them… 
You can get platinum debit card with your upgrade which is the only benefit that I see from this…

Not much use. Getting a locker at my branch (or any SBI branch) is an uphill task to begin with.

Eligibility: Maintain AQB (Average Quarterly Balance) of Rs. 30 Lakhs and above across all deposits or Rs. 2 lakhs in Savings Bank Account and above or housing loan of Rs. 1 cr and above, to continue to avail the aforementioned benefits. In case of non-maintenance you will be downgraded to lower category and only the benefits available for the lower category will be extended to you.
