really happy to know that i had received my smartbuy transaction cashback for oct nov n dec months in all my 3 hdfc accounts !!
people like me who thinks smartbuy is just a waste of effort and will get nothing now pls start using smartbuy and it will credited in your debit card points instead of direct bank transfer !

no efforts as i was in doubt but whrn i checked my hdfc accounts my points were 2990 equal to 2990 rs and immediately i checked my family accounts and i got 1756 and 2600 also !! check your debit card points for smartbuy cashback !!
Even their credit card points are like some story . got a deduction of 10000 points. Called them to enquire. They say they had added additional 10000 points last year some month by some system error. can’t even track back since they do not give a categorical points statement. absolutely unprofessional.

i am planning to buy iphone xr via smart buy thru flipkart.. will get 5990 instant discount via hdfc credit card.. my query is will i get 10X reward points.?..i hav regalia first.. how much points i ll get?? n when it will be credited.any instant notification???.
Yes ..you get 5990 off on cart (max is 7500 per card)
Yes..you do get 10x points (14360 pts for 53,910 rs payment on smartbuy) ..credit may take upto 90 working days now..
Using.. Smartbuy is like.. Interstellar Journey.. you feel like you got points for a particular usage.. but once you call support.. you may get surprises !April 2019 smartbuy points..yet to come !Anyone faced same prob ?

@tank_u_m8 got 10X credit card points for 15 and 17 may transactions on Flipkart… however debit card pts are still not seen for 15 may transaction..
For debit card you will get points in august ending.
Better to use coupoundunia/zinoy/cashkaro then hdfc smartbuy
agree with you but when we are not getting anything for mobiles or any similar category then this is best !! or already had claimed 1000rs smartbuy benefit for that particular month 😊

Do you have to register on smart buy first or just enter the Last 4 digits of your card and good to go for cashback
i did transaction on 16th may.. o till now got 1X points ..only. not 10 times as said.. till what time i should wait

Bro you should wait for 3 months as it will credited within 90days
HDFC timesprime debit card is not eligible for smartbuy cashback. ( they mostly provide this card when you open an account)

HDFC is like ‘black hole’ we do not know what goes on after transaction but CB comes nevertheless, patience is key!
