Why not just call them and make your card ltf, tell them it's showing ltf in your app so it should have been ltf, make it ltf or else you will close it. They will make it ltf

Bro could you please elaborate your rejection and approval experience. I too get rejected by Axis back to back

That means you already use it, I told them I am not gonna use it till they make it ltf and they made it ltf.

In my case what happened was they gave me privilege card fyf and then they gave me Neo which wasn't ltf but I made it ltf by calling them. Then myzone ltf offer came so I called them they closed my Neo and gave myzone ltf I simply said I am seeing ltf in my app so they said ok fine. Btw it was cancellation team who did this.

Since it showed ltf in ur app, they gave otherwise they won't give they are ready to close my card
