Useless automated responses but then I requested a call back and I explained the issue. After the explaination I got the following reply

We wish to inform you that we have taken a note of your complaint vide service reference number – xxxxxxxxx, regarding Fraud Related. We would like to assure you that the same is under consideration.

Further to this, we will apprise you on the status by 24/6/2021. Our executive will reach out to you via e-mail, SMS or call.

Generally Sbi send email of rejection after 3-4 month of application. You may have applied in Dec or Jan

Bhai data leak is so common and getting a complete profile with adhaar+ pan should cost you only couple of hundred bucks if you know the right people.

Sad truth is these IT infrastructures are vulnerable because the core system, protocols, logics, even hardware etc are most probably  ( unintentionally) flawed. There’s no perfectly secured system.  It’s matter of time before someone  finds them. And most importantly the people who run or manages these infrastructures are also flawed and prone to various types of social engineering attacks or driven by    nefarious motivations.

In short : You’ll get hacked.
It’s only matter of time.
You might not even be aware of that.

So Do take precautions now to minimise the damages then in the future.
