I am currently holding HDFC Moneyback+ credit card. From last 3 days HDFC is spamming me via SMS and email to upgrade the card (for which I am also interested no doubt) but the problem here is that I am not staying at the given address. My mailing and permanent addresses are same as per bank profile.
Pls suggest-
1. How can I get my card at current address without having to visit their branch and without having to submit current address proof ?
2. I know Millenia is a good card. Should I accept it or wait for other better one?

u have to arrange someone to take delivery at this old address or visit branch - no other option
no better upgrade will come, u may get Regalia later but Millenia better
Is this ltf? They're giving me an option of upgrading from LTF moneyback to paid millennia . Got the card around the same time as yours
Current address can be updated without proof. But you have to visit a branch. In my case , I don't have any adress proof. RM asked me to declare current address with Aadhar eSign. Aadhar has my permanent place. Address updated successfully.
I have Regalia LTF and HDFC is sending sms, calls, emails since past 1.5 years to upgrade(Downgrade) to paid Millennia.
Same,
But this time they offered an upgrade to paid diners black...
I got an upgrade offer to diners club black from regalia, it's tempting but I'm worried about the annual charges of 10K ? Is the upgrade worth?
Do you've access to the said mailing address in the sense can you ask someone to pick up the card for you? If not, visit the nearest HDFC branch and ask them to check if there's any CC upgrade offer available on your card.
Then they will say you have a millennia upgrade. Tell them that you don't have access to the mailing address. Ask them to deliver it to the nearest HDFC branch. They'll arrange it for you. Mostly, they'll dispatch the card to your mailing address, once it's out for delivery they will ask the courier partner to return it to HDFC and re-dispatch it to the branch.
If you've got an RM, he will do the whole process for you smoothly.
Waiting for regalia will be either a miss or a hit. If I were, I would've accepted the millennia.
