Hello Guys,
Got tested Covid 19 positive today. I went to home Town from Pune considering Pune is again becoming hotspot. But my very bad luck I got infactted at my home town it seems. I got tested in Pune and tested positive.
Nothing can be done as it’s happening to people who are taking care of most and people are unaffected who are care less.
My aim of this post is to get experience person suggestions. Do’s and don’t.
I live with my 2 year old daughter and wife. All are positive.
Don’t worry chill,
Everything will be alright in a week’s time
I was also infected along with family
Eat right and sleep tight

Follow government instructions be in 14days quarantine either in hospital/home take prescribed medicine daily stay positive that’s important..
take medicine given by health center or your doctor.
mostly they gives Fabiflu and Azithromicin and multivitamin.
if you face any difficulty in body like not easily breathing then need to need to have HRCT report. also blood report for cloting.
also, if you got fever and it don’t reduce even after taking medicine then need to have HRCT or blood report as per what Dr says.
most of the people recovers without any report needed. but don’t be lazy or over confident on body……
What was the reason you gone for testing, any health symptoms?
Tell the symptoms and spo2 level if you know
shit , people were telling that corona went away … no need of lockdown etc .

keep measuring spo2 levels … anything below 94-92 … rush to hospital .
Try to isolate yourself as much as possible – avoid going out unless ABSOLUTELY necessary.
Scenario 1
If you are feeling good and don’t have fever or cough or breathlessness,
1. Don’t be scared. 99% of patients don’t have serious illness. 1% who develop serious illness usually have many health problems already (like Blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease or liver disease). Any single one of these is not so risky, Only many are.
2. Eat good food with fruits, nuts
3. Sleep on time
4. Avoid physical exertion. Light walks for 5/10 minutes are okay.
5. Drink at least 2L water daily
6. You might feel weakness for many days. Eat small frequent meals if always feeling weak.
7. If you develop high fever, excessive cough, vomiting, breathlessness while doing normal things – go to scenario 2.
Scenario 2
Refer point 7 of scenario 1
1. Get in touch with a doctor over phone or physically
2. Follow his/her advice
3. If spends are going to be a lot or you have to get admitted to hospital, make sure you explain your wife about the financial situation like mediclaim, insurance, etc. Take out printouts of policy copies and write down customer care numbers of insurance companies.
Follow the same for your wife. Children are usually not affected as much so don’t worry about it.
Scenario 1 is the most likely thing. Scenario 2 is very unlikely and you should be prepared for it but not worry about it.

What are your symptoms?? any major issues?
if minor symptoms, just stay at home eat healthy, fresh and hot food
Take steam 2-3 times a day .
take multivitamins…and antivirals as per doctor suggestion.
Hope you recover soon. Don’t let anxiety take a toll on you
Hope no one is in serious position, most important is your 2 year child. You need to manage someone to take care of child.
Though now doctor’s got experienced so no much problem should be there but don’t take it lightly.
Chekc spo 2, at every 3 hours after walking minimum 100 steps.
Eat properly, eat dry fruit but don’t eat cashew / groundnut.
Don’t get depressed, take your food irrespective if u like ot not. Give proper 14 days rest and don’t jump evenif you feel better.

Extreme weakness, persistent Dizziness, and sleepiness. Are these symptoms of the virus? I have these for past 3 days. Infact 4 people in family have these in past 7-8 days. Had my test done today, report will be available tomorrow.

99 % your are positive. But I would pray your report may come negative.

I got to knw that covid attack on protein in the body.. so high protein diet is must.. is this right information?

In medical terms, any fever is a catabolic state which causes protein degradation. This is no exception.
In simple terms, any illness with fever can cause some nutritional problem. However a healthy diet is all that is needed. No need for extra supplements.
Edit – The virus does not directly harm the protein or muscles. Your body does. Sounds funny but human bodies are funny.

Scenario 1 me ho to koi tention na lijiye sirji , upar ke 5-6 tips follow kijiye , doctor ke touch me rahiye , 4-5 days weakness rahega aur jald hi aap recover ho jaoge @whitewalkers
