Mostly cough cold fever flu super combos... Maybe they were illegally trafficked in mass quantity or people were getting addicted to these...
Nimesulide + Paracetamol dispersible tablets.
This combination works wonders if you have cold and fever plus general body ache. I am just wondering why it keeps getting banned from everywhere.

The Nimesulide induced toxicity and its severity lead to liver transplantation sometimes death. The cases reported throughout the world made the drug to get ban in many countries completely

What's the safe option for cold cough? Cheston cold is banned but still available everywhere

Its always suggested to wait on cough & cold for 1-2 days , before taking any medication .. natural medication liike kadha mix etc works great .. steam too .
my more favorable combination is
Levocetirizine (5mg) + Montelukast (10mg)

There's talk of montelukast causing psychiatric-type effects including agitation, aggressive behavior, anxiety, depression, abnormal dreams, and hallucinations.
PS. Cheaper option for montelukast+levocetirizen
