GPAY and now MobiKwik only allow single UPI per phone

Before you could have as many as you could link to a bank account, with 2 sims you had 2 UPI and with 3 you could have 3 as long as you had a clone app that allowed multiple instances and seperate phone numbers for each sim..
Now it says device already registered and wont allow a 2nd UPI linkup..

Mobikwik Never allowed & for Gpay I use island, that works fine.
Really? I was using it a few weeks ago and I was able to register a clone for the second bank account and phone number.. But went to check balance today and it de registered it and said I could not register it on that phone as device already been used.
My redmi dual app function works on gpay and all other apps but not on mobikwik.
On mine GPAY dont even show up for dual app usage.. But most others do and work fine.. Used to work on mobikwik as well since I changed sim from an old phone to it and registered a UPI handle for it. But latest versions all make you relog in and re register your account so had to do that on 3 other phones.
