I did a transaction on faasos some 15 days back worth 160, but order got cancelled by them, awaiting refund till now, when i try to contact them it always shows chat / phone unavailable.
Anyone who has experienced this please help, do they work as per US / UK timings ?
TIA !

Its clear from faasos’ side bro, they said they have initiated the refund, need contact details of gpay or any appellate authority who could help here (e.g. npci, etc.)

Also you can raise a complaint with your bank quoting UPI transaction number.

1-7 days. Depend. But they coordinate with merchant, google pay partner bank and your bank.

Mera bhi few 98 failed transaction pending hai.. dete hain na ye log..? Those will be lost in many transaction..🥺.. maine to raise despute kar diya hai.. pata nahi kya hota hai ye

I too did the same, but no response about dispute for over a week now, i heard gpay is pathetic with refunds , many people didnt got refund for offline merchant txns even after 2-3 months

Yes, Gpay Support Is Worst. I Think I Wrote In Some Old Thread Too About It When Someone Was Facing Some Issue With Gpay.
They Don’t Just Bother Any Follow Or Call Back Up To Customer The f Any Issue Is Raised. You Need To Call Them Everytime To Know Updates. I Was Surprised When I Was Talking To Some Senior Gpay Support Over The Phone And When I Asked Any Timeline When This Issue Will Be Solved And His Reply Was There Is No Timeline You Call Us Few Days To Know The Update.

(This Is My Personal Experience When My Gpay Account Was Restoring After I Ported To Other Network While Other UPI Apps Did)

Why Don’t You Ask Faasos To Provide Refund Reference Number Of It’s Clear From Their End.

Got my refund today, not sure which thing worked, had sent mails to BHIM, Faasos and called GPay too but hadnt received any reply yet smile
