HNY cards have fixed range (i.e. 10-100, 101-1000)

That has nothing to do with these cards, on completion of the first layer you got two options, either you select HNY card of 10-100 or you select lucky draw card of 50k, most probably you selected the latter, if you had selected the HNY card, minimum reward of 10 rupees was assured
