Cholesterol is only found in foods that come from animals, there is no cholesterol in foods that come from plants. So, there is no cholesterol in fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, nuts, beans, peas and lentils.
its our own body which makes cholesterol.
its all marketting gimmick they write on plant based product that it’s cholesterol free
see saturated fat and trans fat that’s the thing you should be looking out for it should be lowest and I think kacchi ghani oils have the lowest followed by sunflower oil

It’s healthy. But don’t use the same type of oil forever. Rotate.
Peanut oil or groundnut oil is one of the healthy source of oil you can use. these was used predominantly in south India(not sure about north) untill few decades back. It was pronounced not healthy by marketing gimmicks to sell their own oil and now they have started eating peanut butter, peanut in everything after they have found its very good for health. In short, Peanut is very good for health in anyway we take it. But as a health conscious its better to keep oil limited. And also if you use groundnut oil, you will get that groundnut smell and taste in all items you do with that. hope you are okay with that taste.
Oils are recommended as per region, south – coconut, north – mustard similarly u should use oil as per ur region and rotate ur oil after 4-5 months, say 4 months mustard then 1 or 2 month desi ghee, then switch back to mustard.
Above info is used as an example , dont consider it 100% best for you..
Just go basic…dont follow ads
I use cold pressed groundnut oil. It’s good.

I gave an referancial example.
A region people uses x oil and B region people uses Y oil.
This ab xy seems better… don’t confuse.
I was only trying to explain that don’t follow ads and start consuming anything…just go basics and consume as per your region.
And rotate after 4-5 months do that our body can also absorbs nutrition from other oils as well.
🤗

Yenstar Cold Pressed Groundnut/Peanut Oil (5 Litre Can) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08QDHFMNB/ref=cm_sw_r...
Groundnut oils are good & healthy but it should NOT be refined.. once it got refined all essential values are goes away from it, in which it becomes as regular refined oil except the taste. (It will be refined chemically with high temperature to make it as thin and transparent to attract public by saying healthy)
In simple all refined oils are same in quality and having very minor differences in nature. Also do note that excess of anything is dangerous.Consume in limited quantity and our body will do the rest. 👍

I pay 280/litre. We have the access to see the process. It’s very clean. They have diff presser for all kind of seeds. They do have coconut, sunflower, sesame, Niger and castor oil. Along with groundnut oil. Also you can carry your own seeds for the process. But should be cleaned.
Use cold pressed oil coconut, ground nut, sesame, and eat good amount oil and enjoy macha. No worries.
