best would be to wait for the sale in another 2 weeks as 13-14k phones might go below 10k with discounts/card offers and you can get better specs like AMOLED screen etc..since you have mentioned long time usage (not sure if its battery backup per day or 3+yrs of phone usage) go with min 5000mah battery and 3yrs of security updates - in this case it would be mostly Moto or Samsung
