Today someone hacked in to my flipkart account and used all my 2440 super coins, purchased Uber 251 , 501, Peter England and other vouchers , please be cautious with the persons who sells vouchers at high discounts , probably they are stealing and selling the vouchers

Can anyone help me how to trace how the hacker made the payment ? I couldn’t find in order history.. orders placed with supercoin 993 + Rs 8 by digital mode

Either try buying an offer or coupon using the supercoins+₹ (ie which exceeds the amount of supercoins you have) or login to the flipkart desktop site and see it in upi section.

Same happened with me, I am wondering how he can get into my account
Similar steps followed in my account as well placing order to claim vouchers without otp, a total of 1500 supercoin claimed one is jockey voucher and other one is Domino’s.
But how so much of people’s facing same fraud.
And this is not my primary account, the only place where my id pass was same as flipkart was Bigbasket and some days before Bigbasket data breached.
So as per my opinion you should change your login details if it’s same as Bigbasket

The fraudulently redeemed vouchers must be visible to you also in the app. Lodge a complaint with the merchant customer care of Uber, Dominos etc. about the fraud and seek details (name, address and mobile) of the user who used these vouchers

Today it happened to me for the second time. I got the OTP on my number for login after that i thought something had happened to my account and when I checked my supercoins total 799 couns were used to buy a voucher of Domino's and McDonald's. Raised the complaint to Flipkart they told me to check the account details and blamed me for giving my mobile to someone to use then it might have happened. 2 months back also the same has happened but at that time they reversed my supercoins and i don't know about this time. Why doesn't Flipkart add 2 point authentication? This is a serious breach.
