My Kotak debit card is due for renewal and their chatbot shows that the card is dispatched via courier "Hand Delivery". Surprisingly, it is also marked as delivered there - the card was generated on 4 Nov at midnight and delivered on 5 Nov. The customer support team on Twitter stated - "We wish to inform you your debit card has been dispatched to our delivery partner Hand delivery and same will be delivered in 7 to 8 working days. We request your patience in the interim". I am yet to receive a tracking ID from them.
I have never heard about this company and I am a little concerned if they would even deliver to my small town! I couldn't find a website either. Are they a courier aggregator or some new player? Does anyone know?

It's Lotak bank official's hand, they mean he'll deliver your card with this hands..
But you'll get card from speedpost/courier (ecom/bd/delivery etc).
