Has anyone received JioFibre Set Top Box?

I recently got JioFibre installed under welcome offer. The guy who installed the connection told that I will get free Jio STB with the connection.
JioFibre DTH service is reportedly launched on 5th September but I did not get the STB. Jio customer care has no clue and couldn’t provide any information about it.
Was I made fool and given just a broadband connection for Rs2500 security deposit? I would have never gone for it if I knew that DTH was not part of it.

This is the exact information I was looking for. Surprisingly Jio customer care is not willing/able to provide this information to the customers.
I was also told at the time of connection that I will get all Rs2500 refunded if I don’t want to continue with this in future and now I came to know that only Rs1500 will be refunded.
I am feeling cheated at this point. Any idea when this STB will be available?
Correct..this is true.. for TV channels we need to check with local cable operator .
But dere was another point that from this dth box which jio will give, a person could watch on 3 tvs.
If that is true, then it could be better for people paying for multi connections in homes ..
If someone could check this aspect n throw some light on it..it would be good..
At reliance AGM they had mentioned reliance cable service will start from January 2020.

AFAIK, it is only STB that is free and there are separate charges for DTH service.
