I am not able to find these plans in my jio app as well as Apay. Have these plans been stopped?

Those plans are only available in MyJio app under value plans. Also, MyJio app has the option to pay through Apay wallet.

I have activated 1559 plan of jio but haven't received 5G welcome offer again previously I had plan 2999 this plan I was enjoying 5G welcome offer but now I am not eligible😡

Although 10 to 15 cheaper than compared with vi and airtel.
And 155 plan gives same 28 days validity in vi and airtel too in best offer.
Vi even provide same benefit in 129 also.
And what about bsnl?
We can get at very cheap rates than jio and calling is good in bsnl.
