Has JioMart banned my account?

I have been trying to log in for days, but it says 'Oops, something went wrong.' I cleared the storage and cache, but the issue persists. I saw a YouTube video where someone commented that they might have banned the account. Do you have any idea what's wrong?
I ordered twice from them, and both orders didn't go smoothly. One order had a missing item issue, while the other had a quality issue.

If you 'call' them and try to get the call handled by the L3 (so called escalation) agent, then they might raise it to the relevant team for cross-check.
But it is a hit and a miss, as their level three hiring too is often worse than the L2/ frontline agents.
in the meantime also keep emailing the [email protected] address EVERY 25 hours and do check via call if the ticket category selected is correct or not.
(After personally facing this issue wherein in item not yet reverse picked up despite advance refund was instead WRONGLY raised as 'item not delivered'.. i no longer rely on the e-mail or agent on the call.)
More the incidents or tickets or rechecking calls created.. the higher the chances of someone sending the issue to the backend and then one of them checking your account.
By the way, does jiomart still only allow a maximum of three orders per day in an account (irrespective of whether the order us immediately cancelled)?
You can go to a Bigbazaar (whatever dafaq they rebranded it) or Reliance Fresh (or whatever dafaq they rebranded it) and use the same number to shop in excess of 100-200₹ or whatever earns the doggy points/ loyalty points.
If the staff at Reliance Digital/ Trends or the Reliance Retail (1800 891 0001 / 1800 102 7382) confirm that yes there are '₹N' worth of doggy points/ loyalty points accrued in 9876543210 (your number).. then hopefully jiomart too has not blocked your access to the account (created with that number).
Thanks for the insights. Well I called their CC and they created a ticket and assured they would resolve it within 3-5 days though a little skeptical as u rightly said their frontline agents are literally noob, she told me to restart my phone and try again while being on call.
When you are entering OTP, showing invalid OTP? If yes, then they have blocked your account. My account is blocked too.
No. It shows "something went wrong"
There customer care won't help, you may have few returns.
@Mumbhai -- Did you try via Laptop/PC?
Just an observation, I get no OTP or get that exact same message when I login to Flipkart via Google Chrome IF my laptop is connected to 5GHz Wi-Fi network. I'm able to login without any issues if my laptop is connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Happened with Ajio too. It did look like my account is blocked, but it was not.
Did you guys noticed something similar?

Tried the email route without success but got the response on twitter. "As per our team your account will be enabled within 24 hrs" that means it was disabled. It's 8 hours and the error still persists so will update again after 24 hours..
During ambani wedding time...my all orders where getting cancelled
....
Never happened till date
If the email id of this new account is same as any other existing previous account, there is a chance of getting this error
Update 2 ---> Error gone. App working fine. What i did? Some tweets. That's it.
