Like mobikwik used to block account for stupid reason, nd kept on giving cashback although eligible, same in my genuine 2 new paypal account (added with real icici credit card) where i spent , 1948inr and 7319inr respectively, assuming i will get 500 cash back in both account, nothing i got till now , sent them message too but no reply even after 24 hours it’s pathetic like mobikwik, nd will soon all know it’s reality

But it’s total non justice with real customers, had i used Amazon pay instead would hv got sureshot 250/- in each account
All beware of paypal nd completely avoid paypal if you thinking you will get cashback, as we fall prey for more cashback offered by paypal , which actually never comes
i got 100% cb 600rs in 8 accounts last month .
after that i can’t create new id, plus offers aren’t good . and don’t have more numbers .
Just wondering if PayPal allows a person to create multiple accounts genuinely ??
AFAIK, genuineness lies only in holding one account per household (As per paypal)
Expect dimers so many people are maintaining only one card ({now virtual cards not working so.u can not maintain more than 2 or 3)
PayPal is bullshit .Only offers to new user and offer terms and conditions are pathetic
(Expect diwali gift that to specific users )

I have paid for Netmeds orders with paypal scheme , but Netmeds cancelled orders and refunded money – money received in bank in 14-23 days ,
But here cashback not reversed 
Once faced cashback not credit issue – immediately raised complaint and got cashback in 1 day from Paypal !
After checking refund to bank taking long – so stopped using Paypal !

Yesterday i lost my faith in PayPal. There was an offer in which PayPal is giving Cashback of 800 for first PayPal’s transaction on ixigo.
So i did the transaction however the transaction failed and i have not received any cashback. On calling PayPal i was shocked to know that they have counted that failed transaction bas first transaction and i am not eligible for Cashback on anither transaction.
Then i asked ok so you counted the failed transaction where is my 800 cashback so they replied no Cashback on failed transactions.
that was my last transaction on PayPal
Honestly speaking PayPal isn’t wrong on their part.
They don’t do anything wrong.
One person having 2 accounts is clearly violation of their terms and conditions they have already mentioned this.

That’s why I restrict myself to use PayPal.
I think PayPal is taking revenge of last year loots.
