Have been cheated by a desidime dude
Hi Guys, I have been cheated of a grofer code worth 250 rupees and now he is giving excuses as coupon limit exceeded while it is used for sure. The guy is @suresh1996 . I was exchanging grofers & 250 bucks for amazon prime code. This guy is nothing but a fraud.

On a serious note, what should I do?
Contact grofers immediately on twitter, they would block the order if possible (Dont have any experience but grofers has the power to do this)
File a cyber cell complaint online if grofers asks for the copy of that (dimers would help with their experience about this)
If i am not wrong OP also created a thread in trading section for getting his prime membership and that ended up in this fraud 
Points to remember :
1. Always check seller’s profile (his logs, badges etc)
2. Do ask for references if you are skeptical.
3. Never pay upfront even if you have that 1% doubt in your mind….followed by many others since the list is never ending.

Op do some work before dealing
Earlier I used to empathize with such suffering from fraud but as mentioned in one previous thread, there should be a section regarding announcement for new joined members for do’s and dont’s.
Well, the issue is sorted. I will spare the details for the sake of not revealing any personal details of the person who committed the fraud as the guy is just 18 year old. If he is seeing this, I hope he focuses on doing things rightfully and not get involved in these kind of activities. Wish you all the best mate.

Everyday we see cases of frauds by newbies specially still ppl get trapped for the greed of just few hundred
I have had people send me money for plane tickets and they freak out when it takes more than a few seconds. Sometimes we know it takes time and maybe even days to sort out things. But now with UPI, fraud is easily caught, I mean you can get all the info of the person and file a crime complaint. Even gift vouchers are not as safe but the shop can get the info since they have to order to use it and get name and adress from that. I doubt there are any pros on DD.. Like the people who swindled amazon and flipkart for mega bucks..
may be those dimers are frauds, but not everyone…

@admin It will be good to have a feature – Trust-o-meter where you can use existing features like karma and other question based inputs to capture a trade and give a trust score. I would say right now it requires a pretty high learning curve to understand the trade feature on this website. If you really want to get more users, try adding this feature.
After so many threads floating around still people are trading dimer with new account
People thinking only dimers who creates new account cheats, beware there are dimers with subedar post, Back off with their words. Knowing exchanging Gv cannot be reported anywhere and they can run away with anyones money.

Better stay away from this trading. Try to sell to your friends/family even if its less discount. your money will be safe.
Where to share details of such frauds, so that they can be blacklisted on DD ??
