It's surprising that no one has suggested Samsung phones yet. Maybe the OP can increase their budget to around ₹25-27k and, with card or bank offers, get a good Samsung phone.
I was also confused earlier, but after getting a used S22 base model from a friend, I don’t think I’ll switch to any other brand now. One UI with Good Lock gives a really amazing Android experience.
